Customer Service
The customer service person will be expected to deal directly with customers using a variety of contact methods. This position utilizes knowledge of customer service principles to assist customers with direct requests and inquiries. The representative will handle and resolve complaints, obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries, and follow-up on customer interactions. The abilities to communicate and coordinate with internal departments, as well as provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process, will be essential skills for this customer service role.

Expectations:
Make frequent phone calls and sit for long periods of time.
Use computer systems, custom software, internet, and email.
Communicate clearly (numeric, written, and oral).
Maintain databases and keep detailed records.
Process orders, forms, applications and requests.
Deliver excellent customer service.
Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.

Preferred
Qualifications:
High School Diploma, or GED equivalent.
Typing WPM 70.
Bilingual - English and Spanish.
B.A. Business, Communication - or similar field.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
