Responsibilities:
Answering inbound e-mail inquiries
Updating/making changes to employer and employee accounts
Data entry of employee / employer information
Other ad hoc duties
Qualifications:
Min 1-2 years of customer service experience
Excellent communication skills
Great attitude, team player
Knowledge of MS Office Suite, in particular: MS Excel
