Education:Associates Degree in Nursing or above. BSN (preferred).
License/Certification:Registered Nurse (RN) licensed by Oregon State Board of Nursing. Basic Life Support (BLS) certified by American Heart Association. Possession of a valid Oregon Driver''s License with proof of safe driving record for the past ten years and proof of insurance is required. Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse and Basic Arrhythmia Course (preferred).
Experience:Previous RN Experience in an acute patient care environment.
Night Assessment Nurse position 15 hr shifts calls and visits for hospice patients in Jackson and Josephine Counties. Must have Assessment Nurse experience.
