Our state of the art Emergency Department sees an average of 104 patients a day. We have 31 bays with 19 designated as Red (high acuity), 8 Yellow (moderate/low acuity), 3 Physch and 1 Triage. RN to patient ratios are: 1:1 - 1:4 depending on acuity.
Education:Associates Degree in Nursing or above.
License/Certification:Registered Nurse (RN) licensed by Oregon State Board of Nursing required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certified by American Heart Association required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) orEmergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) requiredand Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) within 6 months of hire.
Experience:Experience in an acute patient care environment.
