AccentCare is seeking a Clinical Supervisor, Behavioral Health to join our home health team. As part of this team the Clinical Supervisor, Behavioral Health will:
1. Perform clinical supervision of patient care consistent with scientific principles and agency policy and procedures.
2. Utilize the agency's clinical software solution to plan, coordinating and delivering patient care.
3. Comply with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies and procedures including, but not limited to the Compliance Program: Code of Conduct, HIPAA, and Documentation Standards.
4. Supervise the delivery of quality patient care with a specialty in the area of behavioral/mental health.
5. Commit to the values and mission of AccentCare, Inc.
Required Skills
1. Baccalaureate or Associate Degree in Nursing or Diploma Graduate.
2. A minimum of 2 years Acute Psychiatric Experience or certification from an accredited Psychiatric Program.
3. Acute care experience in medicine and surgery in a hospital setting strongly preferred.
4. Home care experience preferred.
5. Licensed and current registration to practice as a registered professional nurse in your state of residence.
6. The selected individual must have a current CPR certification and sufficient verbal and written communication skills to perform the tasks, as required.
7. The selected individual must also possess a valid driver''''s license, proof of current auto insurance and registration.
Required Experience
1. Must have the ability to function autonomously and possess effective time management skills.
2. Strong organizational skills.
3. Exercise strong decision making and judgment skills.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
