POSITION SUMMARY
The Business to Business (B2B) Sales Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership to the Business Sales Consultants. This position will provide leadership of staff towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. The B2B Sales Supervisor is responsible for assigning and reassigning existing book of business amongst Business Sales Consultants. This position will also execute plans and strategies to expand new business sales, drive prospecting opportunities and achieve NOD Order Demand and Margin goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the performance and development of the Business Sales Consultants.
Coordinate with the B2B Director to execute and implement sales strategies that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
Prepare action plans by individuals, as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
Effectively communicate with internal and external partners to understand training and development needs and to provide insight for the improvement of the Business Sales Consultants' sales performance.
Provide timely, accurate prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales and activity reports submitted by the Business Sales Consultants.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
Insure that all Business Sales Consultants meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes.
Set examples for Business Sales Consultants in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational selling skills and work habit.
Conduct regular coaching and counseling with Business Sales Consultants to build motivation and selling skills.
Other projects, tasks and duties as assigned.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent. College education preferred
2-4
years of proven sales experience required
Experience managing a sales team of at least 10 employees, assessing and building a high-performing, driven team of inside sales reps.
The ability to succeed in a quota driven environment.
Cold calling, account penetration, and ability to sell throughout the entire organization to final sale is required.
Must be able to guide, coach, influence and motivate customers to achieve sales goals.
Must be able to effective express ideas and present information within the company and to the customer (includes written and verbal communication).
Must have a professional, positive business image and the ability to respond appropriately to a variety of situations, including dealing with difficult situations and handling confidential information.
A proven track record of having a goal oriented approach to reach and exceed monthly/yearly quotas.
Collaborative team player who shares credit and recognizes excellent performance.
A hunter mentality is a must.
Must be organized, able to work independently and as a team player, have a positive attitude, and good listening skills.
Professional networking and social networking (LinkedIn, etc.).
Experience in salesforce.com a plus.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
