Operations Facilities Manager Objective and Purpose:
The Site Manager is responsible for ensuring the facility and property is maintained in a manner consistent with Rogue Retreat standards.
This position represents Rogue Retreat with all residents and guests of the facility.
Qualifications and Education:
High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
Degree in social work or other related field or equivalent experience 1
year in position requiring management, coaching, or equivalent.

years' experience requiring facility oversight, maintenance, and/or coordination.
Proven knowledge of computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google products.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Personal discipline for time management and record keeping.
Self-motivation and self-direction to carry out responsibilities without supervision.
ACEs training and education, coursework in Health and Human Services or experience with community engagement and outreach or a combination of some or all of these skills and education (preferred).
Knowledge or prior experience of homelessness, mental health and/or addiction issues or a combination of some or all of these (preferred).
Based on business necessity and the population we serve, if you identify as a person in recovery from a substance use disorder (addiction) you must have at least two (2) years clean since your last use.
Must have 2 years verifiable work history.
Must have a current valid drivers license.
Exhibit good written and verbal communication skills, which includes detailed documentation and records management.
Exhibit ability to plan and coordinate a wide variety of activities with community groups and co-workers.

Assist all residents as needed.
Keep daily office hours and take calls as needed for emergencies or other off hours' issues.
Reschedule non-emergent issues for resolution during office hours.
Schedule on-site service resources from local providers.
Develop work schedules for staff, approve timesheets and time off requests, supervise all operational employees.
Build a sense of community by providing hospitality events.
Interpret, explain and enforce Rogue Retreat policies and procedures.
Mediate guest and participant disagreements and conflicts.
Assist Human Resources with hiring and training Crossings employees.
Perform daily rounds of property and site greeting residents and ensuring site safety.
Ensure that all grounds and landscape maintenance is completed.
Refer immediately all Public Relations and Media inquiries to the Executive Director and Marketing/Development Director for response.
Coordinate community partner donations.
Complete and track donation receipts.
Observe and communicate with Case Managers about any barriers to program success or regarding resident issues.
Work closely with Program Managers in regards to Case Managers, Peer Support Specialists, and other Support Services staff.
Complete Incident Reports as necessary.
Post notices for non-compliance or other program/tenancy related issues.
Schedule any necessary repairs and maintenance of units as needed.
Prioritization of assigned tasks and consistent time management to accomplish work assignments.
Detailed, accurate, consistent, timely record keeping and reporting for compliance.
Working Conditions/Equipment The physical environment requires the employee to work both inside in a temperature-controlled environment and outside in an environment with temperature extremes of hot and cold.
Congregant housing or shelter environments are, at times, noisy with people entering, exiting, and talking in an office setting that can be noisy with frequent unexpected interruptions to conversations or work routines.
The work environment requires the ability to handle requests, personal confidential information, leasing paperwork, statistics, numbers, data and recordkeeping with accuracy in an environment that has changing priorities and disruptions throughout the day.
