Experience in valuation and selling jewelry, firearms, music equipment, electronics and tools a plus but not required.
Experience with online sales and Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities:
Customer Service - provide a 5-star experience Valuation - evaluate, test and value items for loan collateral, consignment or purchase Cash Handling - accurately handling of cash payments Loan Management - maintain accurate records for pawned items Inventory Management - maintain accurate records for sales inventory Merchandising - attractively display items for sale Security - enforce security measures to prevent theft or loss Compliance - adhere to local, state and federal regulations governing our business Cleaning and Maintenance - keeping the shop clean and organized Qualifications & Skills Ethical Conduct - commitment to honesty and integrity in all business dealings Computer Literacy - proficient with computer cysts and software used to run our business Communication - clearly and effectively communicate with both team members and customers Sales - basic sales skills too promote merchandise, upsell products and contribute to the achievement of business objectives Negotiation - confidently and tactfully negotiate collateral values and discounts soon our sales floor Appraisal - ability to accurately appraise items brought in by customers for pawn, sale or consignment Job Type:
