We do video production for various businesses, organizations and non profits in and around the Rogue Valley area.
While we're busy operating the camera(s), we are continuously finding ourselves in need of someone who's great at engaging with people, has an upbeat personality, and can create quick-turnaround content on a phone.
NOTE:
Complete Social Media Management (making regular posts, planning/scheduling content) is NOT part of this job description, for now.
While it's definitely possible we could work up to that, we are simply in need of someone who can show up to various events and video shoots we do over the course of the year, and make Recap Edits of the event, which are shot and edited on a smartphone We and our clients are hiring on a contractor W9 basis, work is intermittent, but regular (2-5 shoots per month).
Payment terms are negotiable Current active social media presence highly preferred Skills:
- Fair understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices - Extroverted, energized personality.
Someone who's willing to approach strangers to ask them for spontaneous photos/videos during live events and at video shoots - Strong communication skills, understands basics of how to write captions/descriptions that are relevant to the content being filmed - Solid understanding of the tools and features of the various social media platforms - Strong research skills to gather relevant information for content creation - Basic video editing skills to create engaging social media content - Attention to detail for proofreading content before publishing Email Evan for inquiries!
