Remote SR. Information Security Engineer
The Senior Information Security Engineer will be responsible for the following:
o Assessing, designing, and roadmapping the Information Security Strategic Program, leveraging skills and experience as a subject matter expert to deliver successful outcomes.
o Being the technical lead and SME for Information Security for technical related and risk management related aspects of the Information Security program.
o Designing and architecting Next-Generation Firewall, implementing application access requests, troubleshooting technical issues with application availability and performance, periodic review and audit of firewall rules & ensuring that infrastructure is compliant with standards.
o Planning and implementing Secure Cloud FirewallConfiguring cloud security edge policies, including in-line DLP policies, File security, bandwidth controls and URL and Cloud App filtering.
o Implementing policy and compliance changes to Cisco Network Infrastructure, including Extended Access Lists, interface configurations, route statements, GRE/IPsec Tunnels, VPN access (including posturing profiles), Multi-Factor Authentication.
o Administering Identity and Access policies using relevant tools.
o Supporting Cloud Security technologies such as Secure Email Gateway Filtering Policies.
o Deploying End Point Security policies, Malware Defense, Anti-Virus & local PII scans.
o Monitoring and controlling accounts using Active Directory, including identity and access configurations using SAML & SSO.
o Performing Domain Security tasks such as auditing & monitoring logs and alerts for changes to administrative privileges.
o Designing and implementing Web Proxy responsibilities such as configuring domain exceptions and URL whitelists.
o Configuring tools for SIEM logging and alert administration.
o Supporting an enterprise privacy program which will include workflows for tracking, reporting, and deleting customer PIIAlso implementing File Security & Data Classification technologiesThe ideal candidate should have the following
Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
o 4
years of experience in Information Security Engineering or related field.
o Experience with Next Generation Firewalls (NGFW), Secure Cloud Firewall Planning and Implementations, Identity Access Management (IAM), End Point Security policies, Malware Defense, Anti-Virus & local PII scans.
o Experience with Cisco Network Infrastructure including Extended Access Lists, interface configurations, route statements, GRE/IPsec Tunnels, VPN access (including posturing profiles), Multi-Factor Authentication.
o Experience with Active Directory including identity and access configurations using SAML & SSO.
