PTW has been a stalwart of external development in the games industry for nearly three decades and is ready to add to our team.
As the PTW family of brands grows, the need to invest in our Corporate Development & Strategy team is clear.
Our team operates globally, so we need someone who can think and act globally across all of our markets and footprint.
The successful candidate will work closely with our C-suite team Responsibilities Identifying global opportunities for PTW via partnerships, M&A, investment and strategic opportunities Evaluate and execute on these opportunities, working closely alongside other business functions Help create business alignment across all business units, and externally, by articulating and executing our strategic vision Conduct business and financial valuation and analysis Assist on the integration of successfully closed opportunities into the wider PTW family Requirements Passionate about, and experienced in the video games sphere and in building games, communities and content experiences that people love Demonstratable experience in corporate development and M&A in either a corporate, consulting or banking environment, specifically in games and media Proven track record of sourcing, evaluating, and helping to close and integrate opportunities in games and media (including business case planning, presentation and valuation analysis) Able to operate with a high level of autonomy BenefitsWhat's in it for you?
