$19 - $21 per hour (DOE) Full-time, Day shift JOB
Summary:
The Staffing Coordinator will work collaboratively with our team to schedule care staff while assisting with recruitment efforts and new hire orientation for our Community Based Care facility.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily, weekly and monthly staff schedules Ensure vacant positions are filled to meet staffing requirements Involved in approving time off and promoting good attendance Creates and maintains required staffing reports Assist with recruitment efforts including pre-screening candidates, interviewing and background/reference checks Arrange new hire training and support new employee orientation process Maintain staff records and track required certification Other Duties as Assigned REQUIREMENTS:
Community Based Care (Assisted Living/Memory Care) experience preferred

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
