Tasks range from replying to communications via email/ text, social media posts, organization of client files, Quickbooks input work, preparation of contracts, design bases and bids.
Ideal candidate would be self motivated, open-minded, looking to learn and grow with our small business.
No assistant experience neccessary, we will train to fit our needs.
Applicant must have reliable transportation, must be trustworthy and able to keep information confidential, ability to pick up tasks quickly, must have professional and computer literacy, landscape business knowledge a plus.
This office occasionally will have dog and cat visitors so comfort working around pets is desired.
Hours are flexible, we are willing to work with the right person.
