We are currently seeking an IT Intern for up to a 4-6 week internship for Winter 2015 (January through mid-February) for our Medford office.
The ideal candidate will have a background in information technology. The internship is a part-time position requiring approximately 20 to 30 hours per week. The intern will work with our office Technology Support Specialist to assist with any needed IT duties during this time. It is expected that the primary responsibility of this position will relate to extraction of data from company accounting systems remotely via VPNs or dial up. Prior experience with various VPNs is a plus.

Qualifications:
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in IT or related field required
Demonstrated the following attributes:
o Integrity, team player, aptitude to lead, eagerness to learn, strong work ethic, organizational skills, executive presence, strong verbal and written communication skills, and outstanding analytic ability
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire. Moss Adams will not provide sponsorship for this position for candidates requiring sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g., H-1B status).

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
