TheContinuous Improvement Specialistsupports the Performance Improvement Department atAsanteby overseeing & facilitating process improvement projects (PDCA, Lean, or Six Sigma), mentoring system and team leaders, and consulting around opportunities for improvement.
Education: Bachelor s degree in business or health-related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience is required. Master s degree in business or health related field ispreferred.
Experience: At least 2 years direct professional level work experience in a project leader role to include applying performance improvement methodologies, tools and projects (PDCA, Lean, Six Sigma); and performing data collection, analysis and presentation for projects is required. Also required is proficiency with microsoft office applications like Excel, Word, and Powerpoint; and knowledge of ISO 9001.
Experience in a health care business setting and knowledge of medical terminology ispreferred.
Certifications/Licensure: Must achieve six sigma green belt within 24 months of hire to position. Six Sigma Black Belt ispreferred. Registered Nurse (RN) licensed by Oregon State Board of Nursing alsopreferred.
Required Analytical/Customer Service Skills:

Data analysis, management and presentation skills.

Ability to utilize management and planning tools (flow diagrams, affinity diagrams, gap analysis, selection/prioritization matrix).

Application of PDCA/LEAN/Six Sigma tools.

Ability to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of data and processes.

Professional written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to communicate with customers / staff with diverse educational backgrounds.

Ability to manage multiple diverse projects & priorities.

Ability to apply project management skills to work setting projects

Self management skills, including accountability, time management, interpersonal skills, etc.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
