The HRMS Analyst assists in collecting and analyzing data for various HR functions. Also maintains and develops department information systems; develops tools and procedures to streamline and automate HR functions.
Position Details: This position is based in the Medford HR office but may require some driving to Asante Three Rivers Medical Center in Grants Pass as needed. Asante's HRMS system is through Ultimate Software (Ultipro) and experience with Ultipro is highly preferred in this position.
In this role, the HRMS Analyst will primarily manage the security function for the HR information system, as well as provide support for individual modules such as Performance Management. Also assists in data requests and reporting and may also work with the web interface of the system.
Education: College degree in personnel management, business administration, computer science, quantitative systems or any related degree or the equivalent in education and experience is required (2 additional years of experience if no Associates degree). A Bachelors degree is preferred.
Experience: 2-5 years work experience with focus on data collection and analysis and information systems is required. Also required is the ability to develop forms and documentation to support function; working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and of database programs.
Other required qualifications include general knowledge of Human Resources environment; the ability to recommend solutions to complex system and automation issues; excellent mathematical aptitude; working knowledge of statistics and project management techniques; the ability to work with a variety of individuals at various levels of experience and knowledge; and excellent communication skills to present information and train users on various items related HR systems and processes.
Human Resources Information Systems experience is highly preferred specifically Ultimate Software (Ultipro) experience. Other preferred experience Intranet/Internet; database administration; system implementation; project management.
Certifications: While not required, the following is preferred: Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certified by HRCI; Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certified by Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
