Developed by Operators for Operators, assetONE(TM) is a single software platform, database and management solution for Reliability Centered Asset Management and Maintenance.
The assetONE(TM) Product Manager is responsible for development and execution of the UpWind assetONE(TM) program, including market assessment, customer need assessment, new product development, commercialization, marketing, sales and project execution.
The assetONE(TM) Product Manager serves as an interface with existing and potential customers, manages engineering and external resources supporting product development and has overall responsibility for both budget and schedule. The role drives all commercialization efforts, including product definition, placement, promotion and price, and ensures the safe execution of contracts at the highest quality within budget working closely with the operations team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
o Portfolio development and new product development through Multi-Generation Product Plan's (MGPP's)
o Provide monthly updates on development of portfolio and products to the GM and the business
o Create budgets for each of the assetONE(TM) modules according to their respective MGPP and deliver at or below budget
o Manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) center according to plan for assetONE(TM) services
o Provide technical sales support across the assetONE(TM) product line
o Develop market price for assetONE(TM) product line and support BD with pipeline development of orders and sales
o Create a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) outlining framework for detailed cost estimating and control
o Facilitate demand planning and coordinate needs with resource manager
o Provide weekly financial forecasting updates on the product line to the GM and Finance team
o Interface directly with new and existing accounts to grow relationships as well as the overall business
o Manage multiple project sites for key account(s)
o Develop processes and procedures for safe and efficient work flow
o Drive both Safety and Quality metrics on each project enforcing a Zero Harm, Zero Defect culture in the field.
o Develop financial processes and procedures to manage projects within or under budget
o Generate budgets and report variances on a monthly basis
o Review Service Reports and timesheets for accuracy and timely billing
o Contact crews daily to ensure sites are operating effectively
o Perform quality control inspections and safety audits
o Coordinate tools and supplies for crews
o Travel to project sites as needed

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS
Education - Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
Experience - Five years of experience in project management, program management or related experience.
License and Driving Record Requirements - Must possess a valid current state license without restrictions.
o Proof of insurance coverage.
o No license suspension or restrictions within previous 3 years.
o No DWI/DWAI/OWI/OUI etc. within previous 5 years.
o No more than three points on the motor vehicle report within previous 3 years.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
